After graduating from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Marketing and Industrial Psychology, Mark has spent his professional career successfully in developing residential lot communities and private equity investing in both operating businesses and real estate based investments.

WAYNE MOREHEAD
Wayne’s professional career includes the acquisition, operation and subsequent sale of various seniors and healthcare properties. This would include assisted living, acute care, independent living and home health facilities. In recent years, Wayne has also focused on the acquisition and development of residential communities.
Wayne is a graduate of Michigan State University where he obtained his Finance MBA and Marketing undergraduate degrees.

A Georgia Tech graduate (’02), John is Real Estate professional with 20 years of experience in real estate development, management, and investing. An entrepreneur and small business owner, he has built a successful career across both commercial and residential sectors, leveraging his experience to manage and grow various property ventures.
MAYFAIR RESIDENTIAL CEO
CASEY HILL
Working in the homebuilding industry his entire professional career, Hill spent over 35 years with two of the largest national homebuilding companies in the United States before transitioning to his role as CEO of Mayfair Residential.
Hill started his career in the industry as a staff-level accountant, later advancing through the organizations to hold various financial and operational roles and eventually working his way up to senior management positions, including division and regional president roles.

GREG DURIEZ
Duriez has grown and led homebuilding teams in Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Tennessee, Florida, Texas and Alabama. He now brings his talent for scaling operations to Blue River Communities.
Duriez is a Buford, Ga resident. When he’s not strategizing for BRC, Duriez’s personal life is as fulfilling as his professional one. He and his wife Christy enjoy their large family of seven children aged 21 to 30 and one granddaughter.

JERRY WOOD
Jerry Wood is the CEO and founder of DuSouth Surveying, Engineering, and Civil Contracting. He established DuSouth Surveying in 2007 in Watkinsville, GA to provide premier and dependable surveying services. In 2013, Jerry expanded his vision by founding DuSouth Surveying, Engineering & Civil Contracting, Inc, which specializes in providing high-quality civil construction services. These services include land surveying, engineering, land planning, and site work for both commercial and residential developments.
Jerry is a native of Athens, GA and attended the University of Georgia from 1997-2001 majoring in Agricultural Engineering before graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying and Mapping.
